Saar Asamayim Synagogue

Kemerburgaz Sinagogu
As a result of the increased Jewish population living in Kemerburgaz, it was decided to build a synagogue in this region in order to provide more accessible service to the community there. After obtaining the necessary permits from Eyüp Municipality and other public authorities, Şaar Aşamayim Synagogue was opened in 2006.
This temple of 150 people, with its name meaning the "Gate of Heaven" ", was opened to service with a religious ceremony conducted on Thursday, September 21, 2006. Administration of the synagogue was transferred to the Neve Shalom Foundation on July 28, 2008.
